The Lubrizol Corporation is a provider of specialty chemicals for the transportation, industrial and consumer markets. These products include additives for engine oils and other transportation-related fluids, additives for industrial lubricants, and additives for gasoline and diesel fuel. In addition, Lubrizol makes ingredients and additives for personal care products, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment.

Absolutely no work structure. Superiors will make a mistake and blame it on the workers. They set up for failure absolute half training."

Training was a hot mess... Not will to work with you. Show you something one time and never let you perform it. Then yell at you for asking questions. Workers harassed and made fun of and took things too far on the joking. They didn't care about their employees well being. Honestly if i was Warren Buffet. The Bowling Green location would be such a disappointment. They should be shut down. My advice to a person that is looking for a job look somewhere else. If you value yourself and have a work ethic. Take your hard working self somewhere else worth your time and values you. Cause this place doesn't give a crap if you drop dead or not."

Export Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says"I was hired on contract through an agency. They kept getting my name wrong, I didnt have a computer, monitor or suitable work area. I had to train with at least 4 different trainers. Only 2 of them were completely thorough about the procedures in entering or processing the orders. They gave me step by step instructions which I was able to follow. The other two not so much. They were all over the place. One of them was very unapproachable as far as being able ask questions on an order. There are a lot of steps to learn and I was given a month to learn all of the procedures which I questioned because normally it would take at least two to three months total depending on the new hire's abilities. I see they're hiring again for the same position so they must treat all of the new hires the same.NoneNot enough enough time to train on these accounts"
Human Resources Officer (Former Employee) says"The management team are members of the Joel Osteen church, and have been actively recruiting & promoting members of this church for years. The organized effort is actually quite impressive. Anyone who raises questions about this is terminated. The organization says "we take care of people." What that means is, work there for many years, risk your health and safety with chemical releases and a rampant H2S problem, and show that you will do whatever they say. Then they will take care of you. Complaints about health and safety risks are swept under the rug, or people are transferred to another location or terminated. What's really bad is the pay and benefits are some of the highest in the industry for this side of town. So they get you in and get you comfortable with your high pay, and it's hard to get a job with equal compensation anywhere else. Turnover for the HR department is over 100%. That should tell you something."
