Former Employee - Operations says

"Overlook major safety issues and concerns. Refuse to spend money where and when its needed. Place bandaids on situations/machinery that need major attention."

Former Employee - Plant Controller says

"Only the big plants matter."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"They apparently fire people for having a asthma attack and having to call off work to go to the hospital to get a breathing treatment. Training was a hot mess... Not will to work with you. Show you something one time and never let you perform it. Then yell at you for asking questions. Workers harassed and made fun of and took things too far on the joking. They didn't care about their employees well being. Honestly if i was Warren Buffet. The Bowling Green location would be such a disappointment. They should be shut down. My advice to a person that is looking for a job look somewhere else. If you value yourself and have a work ethic. Take your hard working self somewhere else worth your time and values you. Cause this place doesn't give a crap if you drop dead or not."

Quality Control Inspector (Former Employee) says

"There’s no structure with this position. No guidelines to help you get accustomed to how quality is done there. The quality team is very poor when it comes to team work. Super stressful to learn here."

Operator Technician (Former Employee) says

"I thought it was a great company overall and great upper management. Certain departments were questionable due to their ethics. I would recommend another department to work in.4 days offCertain Managers and Supervisors, Hostile Work Environment, Unwilling to hear new ideas, Bullying by Supervisor and Manager, language from Supervisor and Leads to employees, favoritism to certain employees and everyone talked about everyone."

Lead Operator (Former Employee) says

"Yes this was a plant job that most revere to be financially elite but the company itself as a whole is not a good place to be. It has created a toxic environment for the employees."

Operator/Laborer (Current Employee) says

"Place is a dumpster fire. If you're lazy you'll get chance after chance, maybe even a promotion or two. If you work hard, are reliable, dedicated. Well you will stay in your position and will work ALL the time. Pay, 401k matchFavoritism towards bad workers. Benefits suck. Management act like it's their first rodeo."

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Management disorganized, promote managers not used to managing people. Limited communication between employees and management. HR ineffective and does not support employees or assist with concerns or training.CoworkersNo worklife balance, no communication of vision"

Analyzer Technician (Former Employee) says

"This company is a throwback to the days when employees were considered expendable. The only thing that matters is the bottom, they talk safety with no follow thru."

Chemical packer (Former Employee) says

"Wouldnt reccomend this job to anybody. To many stuck up people. You shouldn't have to be part of a click to get hired. I went to work did my job messed up once and got let go. My trainer messed up and he got a 10% pay raise and hesa lead operator."

Operator (Current Employee) says

"Dangerous and management is cut throat and can’t be trusted. Has gone downhill and you’d regret going there. Also not a diverse company any longer as the dynamics have completely changed in HR and stretched through the company. Place is overall a joke and I wished I had listened to everyone else before I decided to work there. Again, very unsafe and management can not be trusted as they don’t care about the employees that make them moneyPayTo many to list"

Employee (Current Employee) says

"Depending on your job there, you could have a positive or negative experience. Positives: very diverse workforce. Good free coffee. Free annual basic health screen. Cons: Juvenile, "gossipy" and "cliquey" culture. Your first impression that is gossiped around the office can never be changed and will show up in your annual performance reviews; therefore if it is bad your career can be tarnished because co-workers don't like something about youCafeterias on site in Wickliffe and Brecksvillegossipy middle-school culture"

Customer Process Technician (Former Employee) says

"Not a good company to work for if you are a female. work culture is not diversified enough, good ole boy system. Management needs more training on being diversified and treating everyone the same regardless of who you are. letting women have a fair chance without the fear of being fired.ggodGood benefits and pay"

Shipping Clerk Lead (Former Employee) says

"Good job if you want money. Dealt with unfavorable comments, spoke to Management, swept it under the rug and uninformed human resources department. Made my job very difficult for a year. Overtime is not mandatory but it is expected even though the company prides itself as family oriented.PayOvertime, unorganized, noncohesive."

operator (Former Employee) says

"Top 10 places that suck..No Values..No job security..Management is a jokemanagement"

production operator (Former Employee) says

"Safety is a joke , you can not trust anyone in management .If you want something done you have to do it yourself. Lubrizol has been going down hill and is not what they claim to be. STRESS STRESS STRESS!!!payto many to list"

Export Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"I was hired on contract through an agency. They kept getting my name wrong, I didnt have a computer, monitor or suitable work area. I had to train with at least 4 different trainers. Only 2 of them were completely thorough about the procedures in entering or processing the orders. They gave me step by step instructions which I was able to follow. The other two not so much. They were all over the place. One of them was very unapproachable as far as being able ask questions on an order. There are a lot of steps to learn and I was given a month to learn all of the procedures which I questioned because normally it would take at least two to three months total depending on the new hire's abilities. I see they're hiring again for the same position so they must treat all of the new hires the same.NoneNot enough enough time to train on these accounts"

Human Resources Officer (Former Employee) says

"The management team are members of the Joel Osteen church, and have been actively recruiting & promoting members of this church for years. The organized effort is actually quite impressive. Anyone who raises questions about this is terminated. The organization says "we take care of people." What that means is, work there for many years, risk your health and safety with chemical releases and a rampant H2S problem, and show that you will do whatever they say. Then they will take care of you. Complaints about health and safety risks are swept under the rug, or people are transferred to another location or terminated. What's really bad is the pay and benefits are some of the highest in the industry for this side of town. So they get you in and get you comfortable with your high pay, and it's hard to get a job with equal compensation anywhere else. Turnover for the HR department is over 100%. That should tell you something."

Operator (Current Employee) says

"Blending products to be transfered to and from other units, housekeeping...making sure the area is clear from any potential hazardsgood pay, great coworkersnot so good benefits, a little unstable"

Production Plant worker (Former Employee) says

"Science degrees are the only thing valued. Your manager may not have people skills but you cannot rise or laterally move without your manager's consent nor influence."

Operator (Former Employee) says

"A few outstanding employees. Most are overpaid crybabies. Lazy ones are protected. Doing what is right does not mean much. If you want to make money and compromise your morals and values this is the place."
